Our monthly Open Mic is officially becoming the Eastalgia Iranian Open Mic — a dedicated space for Iranian music, musicians, and the community.

This month we're joined by Safa Darman, a guitarist known for collaborating with many iconic artists, especially within the Iranian music community. With his deep understanding of Persian melodies, Safa will be accompanying select performers live throughout the evening.

If you'd like to sing with guitar accompaniment, please send us your song choice in advance through the Google Form attached in Partiful.

Poetry, stand-up, instrumentalists, singer-songwriters, and more are welcome. No pressure, no experience needed — just a space to experiment, perform, and share what you've been working on.
