The Eastalgia Iranian Open Mic is a dedicated space for Iranian music, musicians, and the community.

This month we're collaborating with Hayat for the evening.

If you'd like to perform, please send us your song choice in advance through the Google Form attached in Partiful.

Poetry, stand-up, instrumentalists, singer-songwriters, and more are welcome. No pressure, no experience needed — just a space to experiment, perform, and share what you've been working on.

We'll also be screening Breathe the Sun, a multimedia video installation by Los Angeles-based Iranian artist Shaghayegh Cyrous, currently on view at Telematic Media Arts in San Francisco through October 31.

Food will be available for purchase by Baba Made It and Kuku Cafe, with hookah also available for purchase throughout the evening.
